What kind of rental lots do you offer?

Our community provides 10 rental pads (25"W x 40"D) with room for 1 registered and insured car and full RV hook up.

Are pets allowed on the property?

Well behaved pets welcome in our dog run, max 2 per site, with proof of vaccination and active leash on common areas, small deposit fee, immediate clean up rules apply.

What is included in the HOA fees?

Small HOA (TBD) includes city water, septic maintenance and garbage.

What certifications are required for my home?

Proof of Tiny Home on Wheels certification needed (RVIA, NOAH, PWA, ICC NTA).

How is electricity handled for the site?

Individual electric meter must be set with Power Company.

What amenities can residents enjoy?

Residents will have access to vegetal garden planting, fire pit and wild flower Zen garden where bees and butterflies are welcome, and possible chicken coop.

What are the requirements for potential tenants?

All tenants will have to be listed on rental agreement, have background check run and keep their own rentals insurance.
